Because all of our items are handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. 

However, in the event that an item is an incorrect size, you may exchange it for the same item within 5 business days of receiving your item. All exchanges must be in unworn, original condition with all tags attached.

If you wish to return your item, we reserve the right to charge up to a 50% re-stocking fee. This re-stocking fee covers time and materials lost, as well as shipping costs to ship your new item in the event of an exchange. Percentage charged for re-stocking fee is based off the price of the item purchased. In either event, customer assumes all shipping charges to send back their item, and must do so within 5 business days of receiving their order in unworn condition with packaging, accessories, and ALL original tags still attached.
